History
Lions Gate was conceived in 2015 in response to a series of chance encounters with a different breed of clients.
These clients were often asset class disruptors, new market innovators or start-ups that required a significant real estate development in order to realize their operations. Sometimes they were new developers with an exciting opportunity to develop raw land. And other times we were hired to simply provide an extra set of professional hands and to team-up with fellow professional consultants to deliver unique projects and services.
These clients and their projects were challenging, interesting and refreshing. Often, they were ideas conceived in North America but undertaken in emerging markets overseas.
We noted that these clients and projects did not fit readily into the "big box" consultant business model that we were previously building service lines for. These clients needed a higher level of service, senior expertise and more support within their businesses. They needed experts with a can-do attitude, who were proactive, agile and flexible in approach... and expert advice that could only be achieved by really immersing ourselves in their vision and business. In short, they needed a boutique consulting solution.
From there, our niche was born and we couldn't be happier.

Recent projects include a 5-star hotel resort development, a high-end villa development and a 500-unit affordable housing development in the Caribbean region.
Due Diligence – expertise in providing pre-purchase, pre-construction and construction phase risk management on behalf of investors, banks and developers.
Recent projects include preparing a business plan and pre-construction services for a 200- acre agricultural facility in Jamaica and undertaking pre-purchase due diligence for a 26-acre man-camp operation in Texas.
Investment Analyst – competent in acquisition, analyzing and negotiating real estate assets on behalf of private equity funds.
Recent assets analyzed include a NNN industrial facility in Texas, a 50 unit multi-family rental property in New Mexico and a distressed single-family portfolio across the USA.
